Scheduling

We encourage everyone to make an appointment for your treatments and/or services. Once scheduled, you will be asked to complete your intake forms via email, prior to your visit. If unable to complete your intake online or this is your first visit, we ask that you arrive approx. 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will ensure that all information and consents are obtained and won't interfere with your treatment time. This allows us to maintain a timely schedule for all our clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.

Payments

We accept cash, check and card payments. If you are not able to pay for your service or treatment in full - no worries! We offer financing options, as well as payment plans. Ask us how we can help!

Questions about insurance billing?

What billing or insurance information will I receive?

Typically, you will receive a copy of your bill from your insurance carrier. After your insurance has paid, we will provide you with a statement of your remaining balance, if any.

How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?

Generally, it takes from 45 to 60 days to obtain payment from an insurance carrier.

I received a notice that my insurance company has paid on my bill -- but I can't understand how they calculated their payment amount. Do you know?

If we have received any such information from your insurance company, we'll be glad to share it with you. However, for answers to any questions about insurance payments, deductibles, or co-payments, you generally need to check with your insurance company.
